3SLI Mission Statement:
The mission of 3SLI is to equip and empower leaders to impact their world for Christ through servant leadership. We are called to:
What to Expect:
The 3SLI weekend is a leadership intensive event, designed for senior high students who have expressed a call to ministry and/or are student leaders in their local churches. In order to attend, students must have pastoral recommendation.
Students who attend will learn their ministry SHAPE, including spiritual gifts and personality. They will be challenged to commit to spiritual diciplanes, and will meet other students who are passionate about Christian leadership.
3SLI Leadership Team:
The 3SLI Leadership Team consists of youth workers from Indiana, Kentucky, West Virgina, and Ohio. The staff includes:
